All sales of our candles and other home fragrance products are considered final. This means that once an item has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund, unless it is damaged or defective upon arrival.
We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will be happy to assist you and provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstance.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, we may request proof of the damage or defect. This can include providing photographs or returning the damaged item to us. We will guide you through the process and assist you in resolving any issues.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been used, partially burned, or damaged due to mishandling or misuse. We also cannot accept returns or provide refunds for candles that have been purchased from third-party retailers or resellers. Our return policy applies only to items purchased directly from our website, home studio or craft markets.
